B&H Tool Company Return Policy

When returning products follow the steps outlined below.
Any returned item will not be accepted if modifications/repairs are
performed by anyone except B&H Tool Company.

Before You Return Products

Most product problems can be resolved with viewing our FAQ’s
Troubleshooting Techniques
. If you are unable to locate answers
to your questions or our Troubleshooting Techniques do not address
your issues, please contact our Engineering Department at
engineering@bhtool.com. In the event our Engineering Department
cannot correct the problem via phone or email, you will be given a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the product
so we may better assess the issue. This does not imply a refund or credit
will be issued. We reserve the right to correct the issue before a refund or
credit will be issued. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

  • Have your SOA (sales order acknowledgment) or PO number readily available.
  • Call B&H Tool Company at (800) 272-8878 to receive a RMA number.

No returned item will be accepted without a RMA number!

Restocking Fees and Rejected Returns

A restocking fee will apply to the following:

  • If a customer has ordered the incorrect part.
  • If a customer does not want a replacement and decides
    not to have B&H Tool Company correct the issue.

The following policies apply:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply on any item returned within 90 days.
  • We reserve the right to reject a returned item that was damaged
    by a customer.
  • All products manufactured to customer specifications will void
    our return policy and are non-refundable. 
  • The 15% restocking fee will apply to any item returned due to
    the customer's refusal to pay duties or taxes.
  • B&H Tool Company will not accept returns after 90 days. The 90 day
    period begins on the date the item is received by the customer.

In the event B&H Tool Company ships the incorrect part,
the restocking fee will be waived.

Products MUST Be Returned in Resalable Condition

  • Returned package MUST be packaged correctly with protective
    materials so as no damage can occur during the shipping process.
    Return should be shipped with original boxes and packaging
    materials, if possible.
  • Include a copy of your invoice OR packing list OR purchase
    order number AND RMA number with return.
  • Return may be rejected if the item has been damaged during shipment.

To prevent shipping damage, pack products securely in an EXTERNAL
carton. We recommend using a carrier that has a reliable tracking system
(e.g. Federal Express, Airborne Express, UPS). Customer shall pay all
shipping charges for returned item.

Limitation of Liability

B&H Tool Company product(s) are designed and inspected for quality
assurance prior to shipping. B&H Tool Company reserves the right to
make changes without notice to improve performance of the product(s)
or to accommodate changes in the industry. B&H Tool Company makes
no warranty and shall not be liable for consequential damages of any
kind to extrusion machinery or end product produced.
