B&H Tool Co. Now Offers Its Own Spiral Deflector Technology
B&H Tool Co. is pleased to announce a new spiral design deflector for all of its adjustable center crossheads. This option can be included in a new crosshead assembly or as a replacement kit for an existing adjustable center crosshead. The “spiral deflector replacement kit” includes a spiral deflector, barrel body, core tube and body heater.
The major benefit of the spiral deflector design is that it improves the distribution of the polymer around the core leading to better concentricity, elimination of knit lines and increased tolerance control.
One customer recently said: “With the spiral deflector, we get all of the “tried and true” features of the B& H crosshead, plus a new feature which allows us to offer a better product to our customers.”
